COHORT APPLICATION

Intentional Connection and Development

The First Call Pastor Cohorts will focus on soul care, community and leadership development, as well as relevant pastoral topics and practical case studies. Cohorts, consisting of about 8 - 10 people, will get together twice a year (once at the NG and one additional time date/location TBD) for the duration of 2 years. Ideally, the churches (or pastors of the church) will pay for your travel. ECO will cover that costs of food lodging etc.

Please Note*: Not all applicants will be accepted or included in this first round of cohorts, however, based upon interest we can form an additional cohorts this year.

Minimum Requirements
Please carefully read the requirements you will need before filling out the application. 

Applicants must: 

• Be Age 25-39
• Be Ordained or in the Ordination Process
  You will need to be ordained or moving towards ordination. (If you are not ordained yet, but in the process, you will need to have at least 1 year of experience in a "director" position.)
  
• Have a Church Endorsement Letter
  In order to continue with the application on this page, you must have a church endorsement letter (including signature) that supports your attendance and, if applicable, confirms that they will pay for your travel (which is ideal, but not required). You will upload your signed letter below at the bottom of this application.
