The topic of Structural Health has come to the forefront of leadership, thought, and conversation. Today, churches realize the importance of a stewarding process that builds on their history and prepares for the future. This training equips the Certified Transitional Pastor with tools to guide a church through structural continuity factors needed to successfully navigate transition.
