The way a pastor begins ministry with a congregation is crucial for leading change. Starting with a clear plan for change creates momentum for the first five years of ministry and beyond. Rather than making false starts, pastors should have a plan for transformation from the very beginning in order to effect meaningful change.
This workshop will help pastors asses where their congregations are, develop strategies to lead change and transformation, and understand and learn how to cast a compelling vision which leads to healthy, growing and flourishing churches that make disciples of Jesus Christ.
Location: Hope Presbyterian Church, 7132 Portland Ave S, Richfield, MN
