Join us for the newly developed Foundations Two Training that will help pastors enter into transitional ministry well prepared to face the challenges they will meet. Foundations Two will continue the training provided in Foundations One. Foundations Two focuses on the development of an organizational culture that leads to fulfilling God’s Mission in the world. In this course we will discuss the role of the Certified Transitional Pastor in aligning sessions, staff and teams to create a healthy, flourishing culture.
In addition, we will explore developing healthy relationships, processes, and ways to deal with conflict; we will discuss the role of the CTP in working with the PNC, MPT and Presbytery. Finally, we will discuss the details of call and negotiating terms of call.
This is the second step to being certified in the important and much needed ministry of serving a church during transition.
This newly developed training will be offered on ZOOM, May 22, 2025, 8:00-2:00 CT. REGISTRATION opens on the website CTP website: ecotransitionalpastors.org.
